    Neil could not have been more helpful. We ordered a Loc8 table, but found our van was missing the necessary clips. We called to ask what was required and the best place to get them, only for Neil to insist on sending us a pack free of charge. He emailed to let us know they had been posted, and they arrived the next day. When my husband rang to thank him, he gave us a really useful tip about fitting the Loc8 panel. It's now in place (so easy to fit - it only took about 10 minutes) and we couldn't be more pleased with it.

Invited me down to his unit and he had it sorted in no time. Now fits like a glove and doesn’t make a sound while I’m driving. Great product, handier than one of the tables that hook over a rail on the kitchen unit, as they’re a pain to store. Table erects in seconds and drops just as easily and slots back into the door casing. First rate customer service from Neil, highly recommend.
