Couldn’t sing this vets praises enough. We moved our French Bull dogs to a more local vet. We instantly noticed how the vets, nurses and receptionist really love the animals. Our dog needed BOAS surgery and to get the ball rolling we had a very informative consultation with Cara (this woman knows her stuff) who explained everything that the surgery would entail. Fast forward to one week later, our dog was in for his surgery. The surgery was a success, post op check ups and care followed and overall the experience was carefully planned and thought about. The whole team, we’re so kind and lovely. We couldn’t recommend this vets enough. Thanks again guys.

Poor experience,18 months on I still can't get over the lack of knowledge around my pets condition, the incorrect diagnosis and cold approach of the vets. Not given the chance to say goodbye and given 20 minutes to make the hardest decision ever, after having my pet for over 10 years.... I will never forget or forgive.

Absolutely wonderful without wild hedgehogs we take in. Treating with love, care and respect.

We have been using Whiteley Village Vets for many years with our 6 Tonkinese cats. The newer cat facilities are wonderful, making visits as stress-free as possible. Cara has found like-minded vets and nurses who care deeply about animal health and welfare. We are never rushed and are always given sound, practical advice. During a recent stay, our eldest cat spent much of her time cuddled in the arms of the nurses, making her much happier (and probably saving their ears as we're sure she was shouting her head off constantly). Cara and her team are professional, highly skilled, kind, generous, thoughtful and extremely caring. We cannot thank them enough for talking such expert care of our wonderful cats, and by extension, us.

We had to have our beautiful boy put to sleep and as awful and heartbreaking as it was the whiteley vets were wonderful, They even offered Vinnie a Cadbury roses chocolate beforehand as his last special treat. We can never thank the whole team at whiteley enough for taking care of vin and us as a family. we were offered drinks and being checked on whilst everything was being prepared..such lovely, caring people I’m so glad that I chose them to send our big boy off to the stars ✨ Thank you so so much for making this terrible situation much easier for us The Clark family ❤️

We took our new kitten for his first visit/jabs. My partner and I were anxious about what to expect but we were greeted so warmly. Our vet was so knowledgable and truly wanted the best for our little man. Honestly can’t recommend this get enough, we are so glad we chose them.

After an initial hiccup in communications we were delighted at the help we received in getting a puppy that had been surrendered to DogsnHomes Rescue, vaccinated with the same vaccine that was given originally by another vet. Whiteley Village Vet's were the only vets on over 30 others that was able to help. Thank you.

I have a ten year old Lab, who became very very poorly in the summer. I honestly do not think he would still be here if he didn’t see Cara at Whiteley Village vets. As soon as we were able to see Cara and she knew how poorly he was she treated him so quickly, getting him in for an endoscopy the same day we took him in and putting him on the right medication straight away to treat him. Although to start with it wasn’t looking good for our boy and it could have been cancer, Cara was amazing. She sorted out issues with the steroids he’d been prescribed previously at a different practice that had made him so poorly, and started him on meds which made him improve so quickly and now he is back to his normal self. I honestly don’t think he would still be here if it wasn’t for Cara and I cannot ever say thank you enough. I also know that if it had been cancer that he would have been treated so well and would have been made comfortable if the worst happened. I’m so grateful that we have our boy back to what he was. I don’t think I could ever get another dog unless I knew that Cara would be it’s Vet for it’s entire life!! I would also like to say that the nurses and receptionists have all been amazing and so helpful despite always being so busy. Thank you all from me & Bruno.

Bloody brilliant vets. On the day of the queen's funeral I had to take my dog in due to her getting a scratch on her eye but they managed to get her in immediately. The staff were friendly and very polite and even offered me a coffee. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was due to the cost. I thought I had paid for her checkup appointment which took about 2 minutes but this actually set me back an additional £45.00 which I wasn't expecting to pay for. Apart from that though brilliant service.
