.I attempted to purchase two bags of dog treats via contactless payment. At first, the transaction didn’t go through, and I was informed that it had been cancelled. However, the following day, I noticed that the money had been deducted from my account. I tried contacting the seller by mobile, but was unsuccessful—possibly due to an incorrect phone number. At this point, I have no other way to either obtain a refund or receive the two bags of dog treats.
