It has been my child's 1st daycare and they have really been helpful in setting her down well. Ashleigh, Vicky and Hope has done a great job. However there are scope for improvement and enhancements to the nursery facilities. They do not provide any webcam to view the child for specific hours. The nurses would not step out of the premises even a bit and most of the nurses do not give an overview to what the child does the entire day, apart from food or sleep pattern. A bit of personal touch is missing in the entire thing. Also had to wait in the cold outside for half an hour for the cab, after the initial tester session got over, as the nursery policy does not allow the kid even for a short while back in premises.
