From the fantastic customer service to the incredible laundry service, it really does feel like nothing is too much trouble. I genuinely cannot recommend Crystal Clean Newcastle enough. I would never go anywhere else.
A very busy dry cleaners. Staff helpful and pleasent. Pricing in line with market prices. Based on the main street, Newcastle, parking can be difficult.
I have used Crystal Clean for washing and ironing bedding and bathroom towels , mats etc over last two years. I have always found staff friendly and professional. Their rates are very reasonable and competitive. The laundry for our apartment, Mourne Vista always comes back immaculate. Well done Crystal Clean!!

Won't use it again as things belong to me have gone missing from this place. I know I lost the ticket but that was my fault. I suppose they only keep things a certain amount of time too and I forgot to collect them at the arranged date. The Lockdowns didn't help so I can't blame them as it was closed because of Covid - just my luck everytime I was in Newcastle it wasn't open. These things happen.
