   Been using EvvClean for 3 months now. With a busy lifestyle trying to juggle work and mom life and a messy pup, getting the help to keep on top of a clean house was getting me down and they have just helped so much. I could not thank them enough always spotless and always prompt. Never miss a spot. Been recommending you to everyone.

   I was disappointed by the service. I booked a 12 hour clean. There were 3 cleaners who arrived after 9.35 and sent a message at 1.17 to say they were leaving (11 hours). This followed a message to say they wouldn’t get finished. The clean was a surface clean. They spent time doing things like tidying my desk, which was not on my list, and didn’t do basic cleaning, eg the splashback of my cooker and the mantel above the cooker. However, the thing that really got me was that all the cleaning fluids I left out. I spent £24 on cleaning products in advance of the clean; there was one empty left behind after the clean. On enquiring, I was told that they used it all in my house, as well as some of their own. This is not credible - eg there was toilet cleaner beside all the toilets but I left out 2 new ones so that if any were used up, they could be replaced. The response I received included photos of how dirty my house was (it wasn’t clean) but the majority of the pictures showed that it needed to be hoovered and dusted. This does not take 11 hours. I had left surfaces ready to be cleaned. I had fully expected to use this company for a 3hour weekly clean, following the deep clean. However, I have left unable to trust them, and that is obviously a huge issue with a cleaning company. My suggestion for the company would be to leave the empties at the house - but my question is why would you remove them? I have thought long and hard about posting this review, but have just received a mail to suggest I should reconnect with them. I am deeply sorry not to be able to recommend them.

   My name is Oliver Quinn. I'm 42 years old and from Newry Northern Ireland. I've only been working for Evvrclean a few months now and so far it's been a positive experience. Reasons that come to mind are being able to balance work and family responsibilities, visiting new places and meeting lots of different and interesting people and also the simplicity of using the connect-team app that gives access to an abundance of info that aids in day-to-day cleaning activities such as checklists and locations but to name a few. They even offer rewards for effort on jobs and I'm honoured to have received a great review of my work in recent weeks. Great bunch of people, passionate in their aims and devoted to the welfare of their staff. I would assert 100 percent that they are an excellent employer.

I found Evvrclean and Forevvr Ironing on Facebook, applied straight away and was speaking to Brian within the hour. I highly recommend this company they are so flexible and understanding around my family and I, we use an APP which has your whole schedule, time sheets, important announcements from office etc this makes everyone's life easy and manageable. The office staff are extraordinary and respond to inquiries in seconds. Such a satisfying job, helps to have a great team alongside you!

   (Sugar Island Insurance Services Ltd). Evvrclean clean our office building here at ITEC Business Park on a regular basis. I have to say the job they do is excellent and their staff member here that looks after our building is Caroline who is cheery and always has time for a quick hello whilst carrying out her work and that that makes such a difference.. all whilst keeping the building is spotless.
