   Hannah was amazing with our puppy! She helped us a lot in training him and improving his behaviour outside and with other dogs. We went from not being able to walk him on the lead to nice and relaxing dog walks in a very short time. She’s always been so friendly, reliable and you can see she genuinely cares about the dog happiness and wellbeing. We couldn’t recommend her more!

   We have sought Hannah’s advice and support a few times for our labradoodle Ralph who has had issues with anxiety. Hannah is warm, friendly and professional. Her advice has been clear, honest, practical and easily actionable. We were able to make adjustments and see changes quickly and the impact on Ralph and our family has been extremely positive. Hannah has also walked Ralph for us several times when we have been out and we have found her to be reliable and communicative.    Hannah was so brilliant. She really focuses on making the dogs happiness a priority and she does this by teaching positive reinforcement techniques which was a relief to myself and our little dog.    I contacted Hannah to walk my 2 dogs and she got back to me so quickly she is great ! She visited them first to get to know them and meet myself as I wouldn't be home when she walked them.    We've started using Heath Pups with our new puppy Reggie. We decided on a group dog walker as we wanted Reggie to interact with other dogs. Hannah is great with Reggie - she is friendly, reliable and adaptive incase we needed to change Reggie's walking times. I would highly recommend Heath Pups if you are looking for a local dog walker who truly cares about the service she gives to her customers and of course the dogs!
