Olivia is amazing with our 11 year old cavalier. Milo is very anxious but Olivia is so patient with him and he always comes out with his tail wagging and looking fantastic. We have used a few other groomers in the past but Olivia is the best by far x
I can't recommend Olivia enough! My dog Murphy is very nervous and grooming has always been a stressful experience for him—until we found Olivia. She is incredibly patient, kind, and gentle, taking the time to make Murphy feel safe and comfortable. Her calm manner at handover is reassuring. On top of that, she does an absolutely fantastic job with his grooming. Murphy always comes home looking amazing. Thank you, Olivia, for your care and professionalism—you’re truly the best!
My JackAPoo has been going to Whispering Willows for a good couple of years now (I think!) and Olivia delivers every single time! Martha always looks beautiful and smells great. What I really love is that Olivia clearly LOVES dogs, she greets Martha as nicely as she greets me which hasn't always been the case with previous groomers. She obviously loves her work and her customers.. dogs and humans included!
Olivia is a wonderfully patient and competent groomer. I have no hesitation in recommending her to friends and family, all of whom now go to her. She’s lovely with our grumpy Tilly and soft as butter Mabel. A fab and lovely groomer.
