   I did a Groom Your Own Dog day at Scruffs. Tracy was brilliant at explaining everything and talked me through step-by-step. My dog was very nervous but she put us both at ease. The day was followed up by a lovely video compilation of our day, as well as a written reminder of the techniques used. Thank you also for his goody bag. I thoroughly recommend Scruffs.

   Took Ezzy here today to get rid of some matting. They loved her and she came back with an underbelly trim (assumed they'd lop the lot off !). Very caring staff/owners and clearly love what they do and care about the customer (and owner!) and she didn't seem troubled at all by the experience. Can definitely recommend and will use again !

   Over the last three weeks our Golden Doodle 'Oakley' has been for his puppy pamper sessions to settle him before his first full groom today. I can't speak highly enough about the care and commitment both Sarah and Tracey have given to Oakley. He has enjoyed all his sessions, racing to the front door every time we arrive!    I had a lovely time at Scruffs… it was like a very posh, clean doggy hotel and I had my own little room and very comfy bed. I could wander round, sniff everything and make myself feel right at home. The mud bath was lots of fun and Sarah massaged and pampered me - I made her very wet and hairy as I had fun splashing around, but she didn’t mind at all! She gave me treats, took me for a little walk and let me chill between treatments. I am now a new husky… half the husky I was and so much whiter and fluffier… I am much cooler now and a very happy husky indeed. I shall tell all my doggy pals to visit Sarah as she is brilliant.
