Have always used this place for all 3 of my dogs and they absolutely love going there! Even when we drive passed our boys get super excited to see all of the girls and other dogs, especially Toni! The boys are always groomed to perfection, we cannot thank all of the girls enough for their excellent work.
I have had the honour of using this company Ryde & Newport for years. Toni used to do my poorly old Rotti Maud. My Maud hated water & was scared of her own shadow. Toni used to pick her up & bring her home. Maud used to love going & Toni was so careful & loving towards her. I could not have asked for a better groomer for My Maud. I sadly lost Maud last August. I now have a Shichon who gees every 8wks. Again I couldn't ask for better groomers. Donna the owner does her most of the time & Mable loves the attention. I think the Ryde & Newport shops are the elite of all the groomers on the Island. I wouldn't dream of going any where else. All the staff are very friendly & caring for all the animals. Would highly recommended.
I have been coming here for years and recently went to Ryde and I can honestly say I have never had any problems what so ever. All the girls are great and couldn’t be any kinder to the dogs who visit both parlours. I haven’t seen any dogs in cages and when I pick my boy up if I’m ever late he is always fast asleep in a comfy bed. Thank you Donna and all the staff for looking after my boy so well. Xx
