   I have been attending Mann family school of Kung fu (Wing Chun) at Grimsby and Broughton for a while now. The club’s members are really friendly and welcoming and everyone has the same desire to help each other achieve levels above our expectations. The instructor Sifu Mann is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always encouraging as well as guiding us on our Journey of learning Wing Chun.

   We've been attending the Mann Family School since Jan 2023 and it's been an great experience for both my daughter and I. Sean is passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to teaching students of all ages and abilities. He makes everyone feel welcome and motivated to learn. Learning Kung Fu helped Abigail gain more confidence in herself. We highly recommend the school to anyone looking to learn quality Kung Fu.

   If you want to study wing chun, then this is the school to choose. Sifu Sean Mann is extremely dedicated to the martial art of wing chun, his skill level is amazing and joyful to watch. The school is very friendly and welcoming. It combines both the tradition and the science behind wing chun, with theory and practical applications. This is truly an outstanding school to be part of.

   I joined the Mann family school of kung fu four years ago. Sifu Sean Mann is a brilliant teacher with a high level of skill. I have learnt a lot and have gained in confidence and fitness, learnt self defence, made lots of friends and had lots of fun. The school is really friendly and supportive. I would encourage more women to take up martial arts and to become a member.

   The mann family school is a grate place to meet supporting, friendly people who have a grate knowledge of wingchun. The sifu is very friendly, passionate and really wants everyone to learn and do the best they can, and he's a really grate guy. There are many opportunities to attend and experience different seminars with diffrent wingchung practitioners aswell as many training tips abroad. Personly having a few issues recently in life, this has given me something to focus on and help build a solid foundation and to improve my life both mentally and physically. Wish I started this journey years ago. Thankyou to sifu and everyone at the school

   2020 certainly has been a challenge! Just like in the art of Wing Chun we are taught to adapt . This year Sifu Sean Mann has continued to teach the family philosophy, in person, and through online training which has enabled all of his students to have the opportunity to continue to develop and train. He has put the welfare of his students first at all times. Winning an award for top martial arts school was just recognition of Sifu's personal effort and investment in to the school but also the commitment of his senior students and everyone else who trains with the school. I'm looking forward to 2021 as a member and student of theis fantastic school! Sifu Sean Mann is an excellent teacher. I can certainly say that my skill level has increased through experience and the clear structure and explanation of what is required to make progress. Thank you Sifu

   I’ve been training at Mann Family School of Kung Fu for nearly three years. Sifu (our teacher) is a brilliant teacher who’s dedicated to his students. We learn in a friendly, welcoming environment, where our Sifu is dedicated to bringing us up to the highest standard possible. After nearly two years, I feel like I’ve improved ten-fold and the benefits have spread over to other areas of my life as-well. As Sifu always tells us ‘Wing Chun is there to improve all areas of your life, it’s not just for self-defence’ (although it is very useful for that).

   The Mann Family school of kung fu teaches traditional Wing Chun in Hull, Brigg and Grimsby. Sifu Sean is a dedicated student of Sifu Darryl Moy who in turn is the most senior student of Sifu Michael Tse. Being only three generations away from Ip Man's oldest son Ip Chun, gives Sean a direct link to the original skill. His teaching style is relaxed with an exacting attention to detail. His Wing Chun is practical and realistic allowing a student to quickly be able to defend themselves if required. I have trained with Sifu Sean for over five years and would highly recommend his classes.

   I joined the Grimsby club in May, wish I did it years ago. It's been an enlightening experience, learning the great original Wing Chun skill from a topnotch teacher Sifu Sean. The group is also great, it's a family atmosphere where everyone helps, learns and practices together. I would highly recommend this Wing Chun group and way of life to everyone.
