   We used Xebra accounting for 18 months and had a very poor experience. Communication was terrible & our statutory account filing was delayed for months- when we asked why this was we were told that they had 'lost' records of our existence. We had a number of other issues with Xebra related to their poor communication and some very disjointed operational management. We have had an apology and ALOT of excuses but no real accountability from the owner, Guy, who arrogantly told us that 'we win awards for our customer service' but who has not attempted to call us ever. I feel that this company enjoys the praise when things go well but are not very good at accepting criticism or responsibility when things go wrong. We were sold an external finance team for our small business- what we got was stress and disappointment.

   We love Xebra accountants. We have found them to be very good with customer service and supporting our needs promptly. They put on a bespoke training session for us and we can attend their standard trainings for free as a client which I have found very useful. We have a named contact which even during the COVID experience we have had no issues getting hold of. They check in with us regularly and totally understand our needs as individuals. Very personalised and professional service.

   I have been working with Xebra for the last 2 years and the support from setting up my business all the way through to guidance during lockdown the service I have received has been exemplary. As a small, low transaction business who I fully understand would be one of their smaller accounts, I have never been made to feel this way, I have constantly received what has felt like the VIP treatment, quick response and detailed, honest advice. What more can you ask for? I would certainly recommend.
