Fantastic variety of goods, staff were friendly and had great knowledge of their products.
It’s hard to rate this shop. Sometimes they have people on the floor. But when I went in last time I needed help and only 1 person on the tills and I had to wait in the que to ask a quotation

Staff ordered goods for me in store in Preston and paid I paid for them. I received an email to say goods had been dispatched but 11 days later I had not received same or email to say there was a problem. I contacted the store who did not have my order recorded and after being cut off twice at Customer Services I eventually got someone who also had difficulty finding order. I was then told the items were out of stock and they had no idea when they would be back in stock. H&B have my home address, my email address, phone number and loyalty card no and did not think to inform me the goods would not be coming. I live in the country 8 miles from a store, don't drive and have to go to a store to get my money back I spend a lot of money with Holland and Barrett, but be assured I am looking for an alternative as we speak.
