    I recently had my MOT and major service done on 4/09/25. I was disappointed to find out last night that my windscreen washer compartment was completely empty. I had tried to clean my windscreen for the first time since the MOT & Service and nothing came out. I checked under the bonnet and it was indeed empty. As part of the major service, topping up the washer fluid if needed is included. The documents I received back from them showed that they had ticked that they had topped it up when this is clearly not the case. It makes me wonder what else they have ticked as completed as part of the service and not been done. We are supposed to trust that you complete everything that is included in a service and MOT especially as we pay a lot of money for it. I’m now of the belief that the other oil/fluids/filters that should have been changed/topped up have not been completed also.
