   I was looking for a florist near Cloughey and came across Joanne's website, I initially thought she only did wedding flowers but called on her 24 hour mobile service (amazing!) and spoke to Joanne. I ordered my bouquet and Joanne was kind enough to include my rather long message. She delivered the flowers this afternoon and she sent me a text to let me know Gran loved her bouquet. Thank you Joanne for making this the easiest order I have ever placed, I will definitely use your service again.

   We wanted to send a bunch of flowers to a colleague who suffered a bereavement. Joanne came up on google as close to her. She was lovely and absolutely exceeded expectations (delivered same day). She was great on the phone and checked regarding delivery when no one was home. Also sent us pictures of the flowers. Would 100 % use again and can confirm arrangement was just as beautiful as those on her website. Also value wise I would have spent £15 more anywhere else to get that level of a bouquet going by past experience.

   I should have done this the first time I used the services of Joanne .... wow she’s been so amazing from her quick service to beautiful flower arrangements and personal touch I asked Joanne only on the morning of wanting flowers for my mum and she quickly organised delivered a beautiful basket bouquet twice once my mum said she arrived and the rain was pouring down.
