   We needed a new kitchen tap and I bought one, but your plumber was able to identify it wouldn't work with our water pressure. He carried some nice ones in the van that he was able to fit instead, did a lovely clean fast job and it all works perfectly. And I was able to return the other tap unopened for a full refund!    The customer service is brilliant and the standard of workmanship equally as good. Terry ran around getting parts and working with Jamie and nothing was too much trouble. Jamie worked solidly all day only stopping for coffee!! I can't fault Prestige Plumbers in any way and I will use them again.

   Had a leaking in flow pipe in bathroom. Stop screw wasn't working. Plumber Jamie quickly assessed and identified the issue. Replaced the ball valve and washer/bolts, the stop screw, and also the fit push button Syphon to help avoid future issues. Explained the issue well and was friendly and polite throughout. Job only took about 40 minutes and the price was good. Very happy with the service

   Fantastic service from a great company. Our bath waste pipe fell off on a Sunday flooding the kitchen and putting the bath/shower out of action. I called them at 9:30 on a Monday morning, Jamie turned up at 12:10 the same day and fixed the problem immediately despite the pipe being in a really awkward spot. He was really friendly but efficient and quick to fix the problem at the same time. It's always great to have a company you can trust when you need them and we've found our go to plumbers. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Guys.
