   We had a wonderful stay in Pagham Beach House and found it to be a very special place. The views are superb and the light throughout the huge kitchen/dining/living room is beautiful, whatever the weather. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms luxurious. Jo welcomed us and left a very generous basket, full of treats for everyone. We strolled along the beach to Pagham nature reserve, with amazing views, and drove out to West Wittering and Arundel. We can't recommend Pagham Beach House highly enough and very much hope to return.

   There's not many houses that can boast such a great location - right on the the beach and a walk across a nature reserve to a great pub. House itself is very cool and all very well appointed. Comfy beds, clean towels and good communication and help from the owner. Only downside is the study room isn't really suitable as a bedroom so it realistically sleeps six (plus small children). Decking is the perfect place to lap up the sun and listen to the waves!

   Brilliantly designed contemporary home with magical access and sea views, with sun deck on beachside, or a more protected area on road side. Parking for one plus garage for small car. 200m from free car park. Very comfortable beds, outdoor hot shower, good kitchen, although could not find a microwave. Host very helpful
