   Poor work ie spelling and completely different name from beginning to end. Eventually told i should of checked their work better. Bearing in mind i had rang several times for corrections. As work as now been registered i will have to pay again to have it changed. It beggars belief how a firm can operate like this

   Got the job done eventually but disappointed with the experience. Spelling error in the introductory pack and even an error in the contract itself. Only realised when I pointed it out to them. Unable to properly explain something to me over the phone even after the person on the other end asked a colleague what something meant and eventually I had to Google it myself where I found the answer in less than a minute. Would never use again and have recommended friends avoid.

   I have been an Estate Agent for over 34 years and trying to find really good solicitors that will work with me at a speedy and efficient pace is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.... I have found a new needle in Lindsay Burdett! I can honestly say that there are only two or three solicitors that I could 'hand on heart' feel comfortable in recommending and Lindsay Burdett at the Jane Brooks Law Hedon office has just been added to my very small red book of solicitors I could truly recommend. Lindsay has been amazing and together we have managed to get a transaction through from point of offer to exchange of contracts in under five weeks (despite the distance between us).
