    Absolutely incompetent! Took 3 months to get my car in, then took it apart before finding out parts are on back order and could be another 10 weeks before parts arrive. Refusing to return my car that only had cosmetic damage and have ruined a family holiday because we now do not have a car to take. Do not communicate well, and often neglect to return calls. Avoid!!!

    Communication poor whilst my car was with them. Had to contact them for updates. Car returned. Car heater not working and rear windows won't auto open/close. Have contacted them but as yet no response. My car was working perfectly before it went in for panel repair.

    Appalling service! We were promised our car would be repaired and delivered on Friday, confirmed twice on the day am and pm. No car delivered , no communication no car for us to go to work or drive our kids to school for Monday. Website says open on Saturday no response when calling. Took a taxi their shop is closed ! Will be claiming for a rental car or loss of earnings.
