   I had to wait 5 hours on Friday night for acrylic nails, there was people who came in after me that had finished before me. I had an appointment booked for 3 o’clock. However, someone came in saying they booked an appointment for 4:30 and they were gone within 45 minutes. My nails are double layered as they cut them too short, they put another nail over the top once i complained and didn’t redo them properly. My nails are also crooked and on my left hand the middle finger is cracked underneath. Poor performance. Unprofessional. Will not be returning. Highly unsatisfied. This was my first time going here, that shall be my first and final time. Will be returning to Creator nail after this incident.
