   Been a member of this leisure center for longer than i can remember, had a few friends over the years sign up and currently helping a couple of new members ive recommended to this centre, i pay for 2 of my childrens memberships also so i pay a lot of money monthly and to be kicked out the sauna for the last couple of minutes for not wearing a band, i could understand if she didnt know me but she literally talks to me and my kids all the time. Absolute jobs worth, anymore rude behaviour from her and we will be cancelling our memberships and putting in a formal complaint. Unfortunately she is a complete let down for your establishment as all your staff over the years have been amazing. Such a shame but then there is always one.

   Receptionists seem to treat younger members differently to older members. I went in and got lied to by the receptionist and then once trying to stick up for myself and say that the information was untrue then got told I was lying. I asked if I could go straight to the pool and got told that I could just go on in, then ten minutes later the pool was emptied out and I asked a lifeguard why and he said that someone at the desk should have let me know that the pool was shutting. The receptionist was rude but I carried on with my usual please and thank yous. I’ve worked in customer service and know it can be a pain but the treatment I received was unfair and left me feeling crappy. If that receptionist happens to be reading this maybe you should reconsider your job options as customer service is definitely not for you and I wouldn’t dream of talking to a customer the way you have especially after her being polite and helping to find options to resolve the issue. Happens again and I will put forward a formal complaint to the overheads as it’s made me not want to come back alone again and is far too pricey to have to deal with people who are supposed to make you feel welcomed.

   Weekend swimming here , the police and facilities are well kept and clean , staff are friendly and helpful. The wife likes the gym here too

   Not adequate gym equipment for gaining muscle and unaffordable per month as a yearly contract. One off sessions for health suite and swimming are cheap. My group booked a group casual swim session for the morning. The pool is clean, not too chlorinated and changing rooms are spacious. It would be helpful if they had a swimming costume dryer machine as most places offer.

   I’ve been a member of this gym for years. The staff there are all friendly and very helpful. Plenty of equipment and it’s clean there. I generally go to the gym late mornings/ midday to avoid the busy times, as I don’t really want to wait around to use things.

   I've used the majority of gyms/leisure centres on the island and I think the heights is superior to all. The gym is average, not GOOD but not bad at all. Some of the machines here are sub optimal such as their chest supported rows and I also dislike the pec dec compared to a mache chest fly. However those are the only bad words of this gym, the smith machines and cables are plentiful and good quality but where this place really cements itself as the best is the pool and health suite. If you are under 26 you can get a gold card for a very good price which includes all facilities and combining a gym session with the health suite really helps muscle recovery which no other gym on the island provides. I will continue to use this gym until I'm 26 which is when it becomes not worth the money but overall. Excellent Centre. 4.7/5

   It's my local swimming and gym. My 4 year old loves it here swimming, staff friendly and the place is great. Only thing I will say is there use to be a cafe where the sitting area is before you go to the gym....it's a shame that would be great if it was still there

   Lovely pools with plenty of sunshine coming in the big windows as you enjoy your swim.Havent tried the gym room but you can see into it as you swim in the main pool. Receptionist and pool staff all very pleasant and obliging. The ladies changing room/ showers desperately need a deep clean other than that I would give 5 stars.
