   contacted Assett plumbing regarding an issue with my boiler, Keith visited the same day and confirmed my suspicions of needing a new boiler. No pressure to do any works just advice given. I made an appointment the following week and was able to have work completed within a few weeks. Great team of workmen, friendly and knowledgeable. All completed in a day, couple of snags which were sorted within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend for fast friendly reliable service.

   Great company, from the initial contact to completion everything went perfectly without a hitch. Keith responded to my email within minutes, and was out the next day to assess, really helpful. Work started the following week, Tom the plumber and Andy the builder were fantastic, hardly knew they were here, cleaned up at the end of the day every day. All very friendly and hardworking. Mischief (cocker spaniel) loved them being around. The workmanship was top notch and nothing too much trouble, I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much.

   Tom was polite, professional - he identified the issue with my emersion quickly whilst carrying out a routine service. He was able to move his commitments so he could get on with the job there and then. Keith stepped in and covered other appointments on the day at short notice so no one was let down.    I phoned Assett Plumbing as there was a bathroom leak going through the lounge ceiling. Keith sent one of the team round within 2 hours to make an assessment of the situation. He then phoned with what needed doing and then returned to fit a new shower and waste unit 2 days later. A quick, reliable and professional service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Keith always goes the extra mile, is knowledgeable and straight-talking. As well as doing our annual boiler service we’ve had emergency work done, all quickly and efficiently.
