Fantastic service. We called Normz plumbing due to a leaking pipe in our kitchen. We had a plumber on site fixing the issue within 3 hours - polite, tidy and professional. Communication was great with regular ETA updates and the price was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.
Needed a mains tap leak fixing. Came in a couple of hours. Plumber needed to move out a fitted freezer. Found problem and got me a quote. Fixed tap in record time, and put the freezer back. Nice guy too. Good people.
Returning customer here! First job was only a small one, had to change the tap, did shop around beforehand but Normz Plumbing had the best price and great service! Then my toilet started leaking and I messaged these guys again - had to change the pipe and the toilet itself - the speed at which everything was resolved was incredible - both the time to arrange initial visit and the work itself! Recently had problem with the shower leaking water through to the hall light. I contacted Normz Plumbing who sent out a very polite & knowledgeable plumber to investigate. It didn't take him long to diagnose the fault being the sealant around the shower base. An excellent job was done to replace the sealant.
After 6 weeks of calling different plumbers who were incredibly overpriced and unwilling to help I was running out of patience. Fortunately I came across Normz Plumbing and heating. I must say his customer service is exceptional. I contacted him Wednesday this week about needing a radiator replacement because of a leak. He couldn’t do enough for me. He found time for me in his schedule and came Friday night in the same week 2 days later. He is polite, respectful, courteous and amazing at what he does. He is a very skilled person and so professional in his work, paying great attention to detail at a very reasonable and affordable price. Will definitely use his services in future anytime. The service was great, Norman was really quick to respond when we needed a job doing quickly with a deadline, due to other maintenance work occurring in our house. Normz plumbing did a fantastic and timely job repairing my kitchen sink which was leaking. They repaired 2 leaking sinks in under an hour and a half. Reasonable price and great service. Completed the job in short notice, will highly recommend!
Norman and his team remodelled both our main bathroom and ensuite. They are very hardworking, honest and reliable. They work efficiently but at the same time carry out their work professionally.
