   We booked my grandsons 4th birthday party here. It could have been a disaster BUT, facilities were great, great space and the BEST part was the Asian lady who made sure timings, organisation, conflicting parties had no problems at all. I wish I got her name..... She was amazing - worth her weight in gold and needs recognition by the Center! Thank you.

   I have been going to this gym and swimming pool for over a year. When it is not packed it’s a manageable temperature otherwise you just as well be in the sauna haha . Gym equipment is good and offers all one could want to get in shape air circulation system is broken leaking pipes overhead with buckets under which has gone from 1 to about 10 buckets over the last few months. The hairdryers don’t work and half the lockers in the gym are damaged And don,t work. I recommend swimming and the jacuzzi/ sauna or steamroom however, book early via the everyone Active app To get your desired time.

   I originally rated this place 4 stars, but unfortunately, it no longer deserves it. I’ve tried to be understanding many times, but this is enough. The maintenance in this building is practically zero. The toilets, changing rooms, sauna, and spa pool are constantly out of order or have ongoing problems. I understand that a lot of customers use these facilities, but that’s no excuse for repairs to take weeks. I’m paying for a full membership that includes access to all these services — not just half of them. If only half the facilities are working, maybe the membership fees should be reduced accordingly. As for the staff, I can say that half of them are professional and polite, while the other half — mostly the younger ones — are rude and show no respect for older customers. I really hope management addresses these issues and fixes all the facilities soon so that customers can actually enjoy what they are paying for.

   Not impressed I joined 3 weeks ago. The whole gym is quite old and tired in its presentation. There is a layer of dust on all window sills and trunking around the gym. A lot of the equipment is tied and a bit beaten up. The floor workout area is covered with the cheapest nastiest carpet. There is a good waterfall feature in the middle of the gym shame it’s the leaking AC unit. The glass is dirty. The changing room 17 out of 50 lockers in the over 16 area are broken and do not work. The steam room has only worked once since I have joined and the old grouting is manky. The staff are helpful but really you get the impression that they embarrassed they work here. One of the staff told me that there is a bacteria problem with the steam room and not to use it, also don’t use the hot tub as it’s not maintained property and that’s why there is a lot of foam on the top of the water.

   Joined to use the gym. The equipment is fairly modern and a good choice of cardio and fixed and free weights. The machines are not particularly clean and are seldom wiped down after use. Sometimes the A/C does not work, an essential in any gym, in my opinion. The staff appear to have their minds elsewhere and sometimes the entry system is left unattended and fully open so the access card is not required. This is also an issue at the main entrance by the main reception where the entrance gate is regularly left open. Overall not a good experience. We won't be renewing our membership this year.

   Great facilities here. My kids love the water slide when it's open. Would of given it a five but the changing rooms could do with a bit of an update and it would be nice to spend longer than an hour in the pool for the price they charge.

   Great pool, 33.3m long main pool, separate teaching pool, splash pad and waterslide. Warm water compared to other pools locally! Fair sized changing space for families and individuals alike, with private shower cubicles. Good swim lesson offering too. Only downside is the cafe which shuts quite early, doesn't cater for late afternoon/early evening trade at all, even though lessons or sessions are operating.

   Pointless signing up if you want classes, ALL the classes I want/need have a waiting list of sometimes 20+ people. Even if someone cancels the space is quickly gone as despite having notifications turned on the app doesn’t notify, email notification relies on you CONSTANTLY checking emails. Even at the discounted rate I get it’s not worth the money, I’ve been a member for months and haven’t used because of this.

   A very well run leisure centre. Excellent facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. The changing rooms are clean and well maintained. The on-site cafe is reasonable and handy for the kids after a long swimming session.
