   Rockhopper have refurbished our dilapidated pool, and have made it look fab! The staff have shown us how to maintain it and provided us support along the way. Most recently we used their services to close the pool for the winter. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been courteous and knowledgeable and we’d definitely recommend them ☺️

   Highly professional and knowledgeable, did a great job relining my pool. I read the bad review on here and it's laughable. If you own a pool, you either have to educate yourself about it, or obey the professionals instruction to the letter. I know enough to do most maintenance on my pool but I will always defer to Wayne at Rockhopper as he is truly an expert.

   I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring a pool maintenance company that proved to be utterly incompetent. I thought that by hiring professionals, I would have a sparkling, clean pool consistently throughout the season. Unfortunately, this company's idea of "maintenance" was it seemed like they were doing the bare minimum. Our pool was left dirty and algae buildup. It was painfully clear that the staff sent to maintain our pool had little to no knowledge about proper pool care. I ended up having to call a separate pool technician to fix the problems they created. Despite the appalling quality of service, this company charged exorbitant fees. I feel like I was paying for nothing more than frustration and disappointment. When I finally decided to terminate the contract and express my concerns, they were dismissive and unapologetic. They refused to provide any sort of refund or compensation for the damage and inconvenience they caused. In summary, my experience with this pool maintenance company was an absolute nightmare. They are woefully incompetent, unprofessional, and overpriced. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a company that can actually deliver what they promise. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. In response to your comments regarding me being 'dismissive' to another or other pool companies, I have not had contact with any other pool maintenance companies other than Rockwater and think it's quite childish to even mention this on a public review!

   If you have a pool and you want a professional company to help you with it, look no further. Rockhopper will supply you with kit, materials and labour, no matter what size the job is and do it with a smile. I had to have a new liner installed recently. It was surveyed, estimated and fitted with the minimum of fuss. Great job guys, thank you so much!

   Nothing was too much trouble for Wayne and his boys. At one time there were five guys on site due to the difficult windy conditions. The pool is quite deep for a home pool - 2.5m at the hopper end - fitted with a Roman end, 2 U/w lights, Main Drain & Skimmer etc. Rockhopper were up against it due to the warm weather and everyone being at home during the lockdown but they triumphed in the end. We were visited by Wayne before ordering and he made sure we were aware of all that we needed to know to get the right liner. There were difficulties in that we chose a patterned liner that had to come from the USA and in the virus lockdown period but Toni was on the ball and she kept us informed all the way along. Her organisational skills were first class as were her comms. The old liner was stripped out and the shell thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and treated with anti-bac/anti-fungal two days before fitting and again swept and vacuumed just before the new liner went in. On the day, everything was done and the pool refilling all on the same afternoon/evening and a superb job. The materials were top quality, as was the workmanship and the end result looks like a brand new pool! I really don't know how they managed to get all this done at the price. Very highly - yes - VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. See the photos for the before/after effects. Wayne installed this pool 21 years ago, before we moved in, so If you're thinking about a new liner, or a new pool come to that, Rockhopper won't disappoint.
