   Avoid at all cost. We had negotiated a price for all work to be done and Chris had agreed to carry to out on one day. This included changing 2 sinks , fitting a bath and changing 2 toilets for £1200. While doing the work Chris had miscut the toilet panel and lied to my husband and I that the panel was not in the box and we had to get a new one from B&Q. My husband realised he had lied and confronted him about this to which he gave an empty “sorry”. He did not install the toilet and left it half way and he said he would do it when he returns a few days later to fix the shower. Bare in mind all the work was supposed to be done on Saturday. Chris was supposed to install a thermostatic shower on the same day. He came tapped the wall and said we could not have a thermostatic shower because we had bricks behind the wall. We later found out this was not accurate, he just had to do the pipe work behind the tiles which he was aware of and he refused to do this. He said we needed an electric shower and that he would come back to install once we had got the wiring done. We took his advise at the time and got an electrician to come out and do the work, and agreed Chris would come back to fit the shower. Chris installed the shower curtain the wrong way around and also damaged the shower panelling on installation. Chris then said he would come back to fix the shower once we got an electrician to install the wiring. We did this immediately and we called him within 4 days of the original appointment. He then said he cannot come back to finish the works because his friend had died and he cannot work anymore. We now have to replace our ceiling and water was leaking from the poorly fit bath and redo all the works Chris has charged for due to sub par workmanship. We have been left no choice but to make a legal claim for a refund of the work done. I strongly advise against anyone from using this service.

   I took a day's holiday from work for a confirmed am appointment only for Chris not to show up, not a great start. On his last visit Chris charged me £500 for 2 hours work without fixing my issue, when i questioned the bill Chris told me i paid for the job not the time, a job i now need to put right with someone else...!! Chris won't answer my calls or texts to resolve this, maybe a sign of a guilty conscience.

   Chris from cft plumbing solutions fitted my new hot water cylinder for me last week and I was very happy with the service from them. Was very tidy. They used dust sheets wore over shoes and I was very happy with the work what was carried out. My hot water and heating was back on in no time. Chris kept me informed at all times. Will definitely be using cft plumbing solutions again.

   Fantastic tradesman and would highly recommend. Always sceptical and nervous when choosing trades people, but they was polite and professional from. He got my need for perfection and a high end finish and the result did not disappoint, absolutely delighted with the end result. He turned up and communicated on time and when he said he would and always tidied up and the end of each day. Would certainly use his services again.

   Very happy with the work CFT Plumbing Solutions did. We had our old boiler, hot water cylinder and loft water tank replaced with a combo boiler. The team came on time, were neat and tidy, were happy to answer my annoying questions, and then tidied up and left a great job done. All for a very reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for work required!

   Great work completed to a very high standard, would recommend! I had a horrific pipe leak last night that flooded all rooms downstairs. I contacted Chris this afternoon to help me get it sorted. Chris asked me for photos so he could bring the right equipment and also gave me a quote. He was then able to get over to my house within 30mins. He fixed the leak and restored the water pressure, heaters and the boiler all within 20 mins. The work was completed to a amazing standard. He's great at what he does and super friendly, I will most definitely keep his number for the future!

   Incredibly impressed with Chris. Left a message on Check-a-trade over Easter weekend about wanting a new shower installed. Chris phoned me to confirm my requirements. We had a couple of phone calls and WhatsApp exchanges. It then turned out all I needed was some new bath taps - saving a ton of money. Chris then came round as agreed on the Tuesday and changed the taps. Very quick and efficient. Really pleased with his work. Also he could have just done what I asked for but he gave me good advice which saved a lot of money. I would definitely use Chris again and would recommend him in an instant.
