   Perfect. My mum ordered a taxi from ‘Fast Cabs’ at 1pm and was told that the earliest taxi was 5pm. I booked a taxi for her through DJs and she was picked up 6 mins later. I travel everywhere in the UK and this is the best service. Cannot recommend enough.

   If you live in Scunthorpe use Dj’s they are the best! Always on time and never have any issues. If you get Alex as your driver he’s awesome, very chatty, great tunes and always drives safely. Thank you Dj’s for doing a great job.

   Brilliant service car was on time and I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends. Just used D J again last night to get into town then back home and both journeys were so quick and efficient with the drivers very polite a pleasure to ride with them on Friday 7th November 2025.

   Great service. Ride costed £24 because I went to Warren road. Picked up some fireworks, driver waited outside for me. He was nice and had a nice chat. Nice fella. Will definitely use djs from now on. I called up, asked for a taxi, took only 7 to 6 minutes to arrive. Thanks!

   Some of the drivers are absolutely lovely and make sure you’re comfortable. They are a reliable service and the service of them getting you from point A to B is good. The price for your drives aren’t expensive either which is good. The only thing is some drivers have been rude, which is understandable because it’s long shifts with customers who are rude, but if your job is with people then you have to give people the benefit of the doubt.

   I recently used DJ Taxis from start to finish an excellent service. Everything went perfectly! Incredibly punctual, friendly drivers, and a very fast customer service that answered my questions within seconds. I highly recommend booking here, and will definitely do so again in the future.

   I have had great experience with the service before , however yesterday I had a truly unpleasant one that made me think of not using their service anymore. I had a taxi pre-booked at 5pm, when the time has passed I called the operator , who told me to wait another 5-10 minutes because of the traffic . When I mentioned I have an appointment so it isn’t good enough for me and I booked this pick up time for a reason, the operator said it’s 3 minutes then…of course the driver hasn’t showed up within the 3 minutes , and took a slightly longer route too. On the way back I have called them again and told them what’s the pick up point , however the operator has sent the driver back where he dropped me off previously. It was such a frustrating situation , I had to call the driver again , then spoken to the operator, it was just a mess. Took a long time to pick us up from the correct pick up point which is literally a minute away by car from where he was. On the top of that, my little one was feeling unwell, and became really agitated by the long waiting. Totally unprofessional service

   Regularly use this taxi firm especially at weekends and they are always 100 % reliable, reasonable prices, friendly helpful drivers and they always turn up on time too. Whenever you book a taxi it's always with you within 10mins. Excellent service every time. Thank you.
