“I had a last minute booking, my 73 year old Husband could not get home from Scunthorpe Hospital. He was in a couple nights as emergency. I had to cancel twice due to Hospial staff unable to take my husband down from ward. Also Porter not able to go outside door and Taxi personell not allowed in. My Husband can not walk far at all. Reason for story, is that the Company and driver at Premier Cabs went above and beyond and helped him get home. Reasonable price £35, from Scunthorpe to Gainsborough. Weekend and late at night. Helped when got home to get into house. Thank you very much. Trustworthy, thoughtful.”
