I've used h20 several times, and always do an amazing job, can not praise them enough, wouldn't use anyone else, and always recommend them to everyone, should get 10 stars not 5, thank you for all your hard work, and always being professional and polite.
They responded incredibly quickly to emails and phone calls, and showed great judgement around what did or didn't need replacing to fix two water leaks. Then the actual work was impressively quick - with the plumber dealing with decades old joints efficiently, and politely answering questions as he did so. Strongly recommended.

Been using H2O for a few years now. We had a new boiler with them less than two years ago. They are efficient, friendly, and when we’ve had a problem, they’ve been out to us within half an hour. They have an out of hours service which has always been quick to respond. They’re not the cheapest, but by no means are they the most expensive. The lads were amazing renovating our kitchen. The kitchen itself is from Wren, but we were never going to use their installers (far too expensive). From the start, Justin was incredibly helpful. He offered up information we hadn't considered - the new induction hob would need a direct power line, and that we may not be able to move the sink. The lads were prompt from day 1 and were jolly, hard workers. Then disaster struck and our boiler started leaking... British Gas wanted £6k for a new combi!! But after chatting with Justin he offered a much more agreeable price, including a new shower unit. Pipework around the boiler was already exposed so it made sense to give h2o the work as well! Once the kitchen was complete, they were quick to send Steve back around to finish the last few bits on the snag list - but they were vey minor. I would definitely recommend them, and will be booking them for our bathroom renovation next year!

Called H2O in the Morning to help sort a leak on our boiler . Two polite smart staff turned up to investigate the issue and diagnosed the problem within minutes. After contacting the office the with the issue I received a call from them informing me of the cost and to advise they will return with the part and resolve the issue if it was convenient. We had an unvented system installed. Overall the service was exceptional. They listened and responded to all our queries. The work itself was done to an extremely high standard. The area was left neat and free of waste materials. The team was patient and truly listened. I would definitely use them again if I had to.
AVOID them. Had new bathroom and downstairs cloakroom done. Design phase was good. Installation took longer than expected. No quality checks done at end of the job but looked good on the surface. 3 months after installation started to notice problems. Turns out neither bath or downstairs loo had been installed correctly. Leak through to kitchen and into bedroom. £900 worth of damage caused. Loo constantly blocking - very unpleasant. Customer service when handling the complaint was poor. Did not take responsibility... tried to blame installer and shared aspects of his personal life as an excuse. Very unprofessional. No goodwill payment offered for 2 months of inconvenience and stress we have been through getting all the repairs done. Feel now that we were overcharged in the first place (our fault). Do NOT use this company.
