   The service is excellent! My nails always look amazing & everyone always comments how fabulous they look. The pedicure is the best in the area, feet always feel wonderful afterwards. Always plenty of colours to choice from. Unfortunately I am leaving this area/county so will have to find a new nail technician, which I think will be extremely difficult to find anyone as dedicated & passionate about their clients & business. Would highly recommend! Not sure why people have to put such negative reviews, yes you might have to wait but this also shows how busy they are constant stream of customers.

   Booked an appointment for biab and gel nails. Sat and waited above my appointment time. Not a great deal of colours to choose from. When it was my time I was told I never booked for builder gel only gel and not able to do now. When I said I did say this as it’s what I also have the lady became hostile arguing I didn’t. Not very professional whilst you’re doing someone else’s nails. I just got up and left. Lucky escape from the rudeness, should have listened to the reviews. I went else where and they was more than happy to help even past there closing time at 6pm. Wouldn’t recommend this place it’s dirty and unprofessional!

   Took my partner in for nails she booked a week ago, upon arriving she was humiliated in front of everyone in the store and rudely told she can’t have her design as it’s too complicated and will take them too long and said she should’ve stated the design she wants over the phone. On top of that she was then charged over £80 for a simple design that would’ve cost £50 anywhere else. Terrible service and poor quality.

   They put a lot of effort in when first opened I was always happy with my nails but unfortunately I feel it’s gone down hill it feels like they don’t really care anymore about what they’re doing. The last few times I have been my nails have been wonky the nails on my right hand point to the left and the nails on my left hand point to the right and I ask for an almond shape which I do get but all my nails are filed into different sizes instead of being one consistent size some are shorter than others some are longer and you can clearly see it, it feels like they are rushing to get the job done so they can move onto the next person when they should take care and do the job properly. They should care more about the end result after all I am paying for a good service not a half arsed one. Also the nail techs I see don’t speak one word to me other than asking me what colour shape and design I want on my nails. We sit there every time in total silence for almost 2 hours it’s a bit of an uncomfortable experience, I know it’s not law to talk to your customers while doing their nails but it would of been nice for them to make the effort and have a chat instead of being in uncomfortable silence. I have heard them converse in Vietnamese and English so there is no reason we couldn’t of had a conversation and I felt like any attempt I made at small talk was dismissed. And they can be quite rough pulling and yanking your hand around being that rough is not necessary it should be a nice relaxing experience but instead it feels like I’m getting my nails done by an angry teenager. Disappointed and had to find a new nail tech.

   Rang them up&asked if they did Biab nails, they said they did so booked an appointment. Turned up for the appointment only to be told when I sat down that they do biab nails!! Waste of diesel &time. Could of got booked in somewhere else!!! Had to tell my daughter as she was booked in on Saturday coz they told her they did biab!!

   Been going here since they opened. Always happy before.... Last 4 times rubbish..nails thick, don't listen to what you want. Speak Chinese all the time and don't tell me you think that's not uncomfortable..Boss has a chip on his shoulder unless your friends at school!!ll Uncomfortable experience. Ever see them santatizing files etc,? Never going back.
