Went on a busy day so didn't mind the hour and half waiting time, it's understandable. However, I was very dissaponted by the quality of my nails. Paid £30 (extra £5 for Shellac nail polish) for bumpy and rough nails which I had to attempt to fix myself. I also asked for them shorter and the lady assured me she would later on, but never did. She was also really rough and has left me with cuts and sore finger tips. Only came here on a recommendation from a friend but will never go again.
