   The AMB team have been fantastic at arranging an insurance policy on a complex property for me. A special mention to Vanessa whose level of due diligence was another level. Even when challenged on certain aspects of the protection with conflicting information from other brokers, she demonstrated that she had gone above and beyond and really knew the product inside out. The whole AMB have been great from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to those who want proper protection, not just the cheapest available.

   Any insurance company can really only be judged when a claim is made. Sian has been helpful throughout a complex claim, during which we had a dispute with Zurich. Sian advised that we use amb's Technical Claims Service: having a loss adjustor working on our side, liaising with amb, Zurich and ourselves, helped to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Thank you amb.

   After suffering a major flood I would personally like to thank and highly recommend amb insurance services Ltd, as well as Andrew and all the team. They were on site within hours of my initial phone call, they have dealt with the loss adjuster from Aviva on my behalf and have negotiated a full settlement of my claim within 7 days. The whole process from start to finish has been dealt with in such a professional manner and the service has been unparalleled to any other broker or insurer I have dealt with in the past, especially at such a stressful time.
