    Word of warning, do not use Paceward if you’re paying by direct debit for your insurance policy. After 150 days if you cancel due to selling car they will charge you the full term of the policy. Used to be a good company when I was insured with them for 12 years, I stepped away for 20 months and came back. Not the company it used to be and after this expectation to pay full balance once policy cancelled I will no longer use them again.

    Had been with them for a long time with several different cars and were always good on price - however as of 2022 something has happened with their underwriters which means they don't even quote you if the car isn't heavily modified (Alloys, Exhaust and Coilovers not being enough) or the car is worth £75k+. Massive shame as used to rate them highly.

    was with them for 2 years and it was great, up until they changed underwriters and couldn't offer me insurance for the next year, which the only told me a week before my renewal was due. left me scrambling to find insurance elsewhere & also took almost 2 weeks to get me my proof of ncb which my new insurer requested
