I had been using them for over 15 years as my broker,then this year they didn't send renewal had to contact them 4 days before my insurance ran out to ask why i had not received a renewal, then left me 3 days with no insurance even though they told via email i was insured turns out i wasn't ,the price increase of over £400 which i excepted ,then 14 days after taking policy out tried to up the insurance premium up by over £500 pounds again for there mistake, for the same insurance I had for the last 10 years,then the icing on the cake they charged over £300 for 15 days insurance never been treated so badly,just proves loyalty counts for nothing.very poor service and treatment.
Truly shocking company Our elderly mother used for 15 years or more , they tried to up her price from £400 year to £500 Home insurance, We got her a another quote of a professional firm half the price . Do no trust this firm do the checks yourself online

I took a Amazon parcel to send it back on two days and the machine was out of order I had to go elsewhere. The young lady behind the counter was not interested.
