   Visited the showroom today, in my mobility scooter, were helped and advised with our needs. The salesman Chris was not pushy in anyway, we were left to consider what we were looking at, after all it is a huge expense not to be taken lightly. We were made most welcome and did purchase 2 x sofas. Thankyou.

   Not impressed with the after sales. Went into the shop, not a problem buying the goods, explained we needed a particular time of delivery due to responsibilities. Delivery men on arrival were wonderful and said they haved delivered before if they need to on a particular time to suit, they didnt understand why the aftersales gent was so rude with us. In essence, I phoned in the morning to make sure they were still delivering on that day, yep was the answer and we were 1st or 2nd delivery, so 1-2pm was fine. We waited and waited 3hrs in all, I phoned again only to have the most arrogant man ever "They have 5 deliveries and can be anytime" I explained I had phoned in the morning and was given.... "What do you want me to do, phone the delivery men?" Yes please I said, 10 mins later they were there. The £50 charge to put the furniture together, all that was, was them taking them out of the box according to the delivery men, even though they offered to help. So, the moral of this story is, lovely expensive furnture, lovely sales patter, but after sales needs to be addressed, as we wont be going again and we were planning to buy more furniture a settee set worth £4k

   Poor quality garden furniture. Rust on frame after only five weeks , frame damage including snapped welding joints and bar bends. After sales service was shocking, never rang back when said they would , person in charge was "always out" . Finally went back in store and they accused me of having a party , and using the furniture to stand on to reach high places. None of these statements were true. Gone down the route of legal action now and will never use this so called company again. Very Very poor.

   I have been dealing with abeys since 1990 always good service sales people always great never pushy but genuine. Today I had some furniture delivered and the delivery men were outstandingly efficient and polite 10out of 10 thankyou and Chris the sales man. thankyou very much .
