   Been with Bell for 25 years. Things were good, cheap Taxi insurance and polite staff. Things have gone downhill fast with a claim on my insurance, first in 30 years. Car has now been on my drive for a month, Can't use it or get rid of it. It is stuck on my drive unable to be left on the road. Told by Bell it's the volume of claims being made at present but I've not heard of any uptrend in claims especially this time of year (summer). Bell got me insured with Walsingham who use Gallagher Bassett for claims handling. Google Gallagher Bassett for a trust pilot rating, shocking. Bell won't chase them or intervene. I am one of the lucky ones that has the funds to go out and replace my car while awaiting the outcome of the claim. There are a good few Taxi drivers that would be financially ruined being off work for over a month. Beware cheapest is often NOT the best.

   I wil not recommend to anyone .not trustworthy. I changed vehicle in December and charged me in February next year when i left company and no one told me about vehicle changing fee.they were not giving me my No Claims Discount proof unless i wil pay them.i had very bad experience with them.
