   Visited the Shrewsbury shop today, 3 members of staff sat on sofa together like they were at home chatting away. Not one member of staff said hi or came over to ask if we needed any assistance or any other customer while i was there, when did look over the one kept her head down. The heating was on full it was so hot in there, I'm normally a cold person, but I suppose when your staff are sat around doing nothing understand you might get cold... I think your customer service needs to up your game if you want customers to buy your items.

   Can't fault the store. We had been searching various furniture stores for a comfortable sofa. Finally finding one that suited us we approached Tony who was extremely helpful, explained everything very thoroughly from financial to treatment of leather. Well pleased.

   Went in looking for a new sofa and after initially talking to us Dean gave us some really useful information and let us continue to browse. We ended up buying a sofa, rug and side table and have to say the the service we had from Dean was exceptional, he left us to it but was on hand when we needed him and was extremely knowledgeable about all products at the store.

   Had been instore almost an hour before we got fed up of waiting and had to ask if a sales assistant could take a short break from chatting with colleagues to assist us. When he did arrive he was fairly friendly and came across as quite competent. The sofas arrived sooner than expected but that has unfortunately been the only good part of the whole process. Their after sales service is appalling. We have had a problem with them not registering us correctly for their sofa care service and so far it has been three months and 6 phone calls and it is still not sorted out. Overall their products are OK but their customer service is terrible.
