   worst customer service I have experienced from a insurance company. the lack of care. I had an accident which was not my fault and it took over two years for 1st to contact the third party in order to sort the issue. I had to chase different members of the team on multiple occasions over the years and was ignored more than once no one ever helped to provide information or look to resolve the issue.
