Burger was very nice, prices were very high, which is why I didn't expect them to have forgotten to put my fries in the bag, but I got home to find them missing. At their prices, this really isn't acceptable.
Amazing staff, super clean, awesome food, always open at time when I just have the craving for BK, what else is there to say? Overall awesome experience.
Flat drinks. Told the cashier she did use there machine behind the till which was much better but no one has being out to sort the machine out 20 minutes later Loaded fries..... well it was like half a melted cheese slice on it. Which was disappointing. So thought burger would be better. A classic chicken royal with cheese. It was cold even the cheese on that wasn't melted. Won't be returning.
Very slow serving, the girl on counter (ruby) looks bored. I asked for my order she was rude, waited 8 minutes only to get the burger from their hot shelve and give it to me and it wasn't even busy but their awfull attitude about the customer. Avoid this place.
Went in for my meal and was greated by some lovely staff, they was smiling and very polite and welcoming. I had a whopper meal and it was delicious. The meat was fresh and hot and the chips were amazing. Definitely recommend, cleanest Burger King I’ve been to :)
After trying to order with a voucher code on their machines which didn't work, we placed our order normally and our food was ready in about 5 minutes. There was plenty of food which was quite tasty.
Came through the drive through today unfortunately after getting our food we had a problem with one of the burgers so I took it back inside, the young girl on the drive through came straight over to help (forgot to get her name) and couldn't be more apologetic and replaced it straight away! After a couple of issues with this burger King in the past it looks like they've finally got a helpful staff member. She definitely saved this review from been a 1 star!
Upon arrival I was told by a very angry young lady that credit cards are taken but not coin, so I said to her that she should have spoken more clearly to start with. She then turned clearly away from me ignoring me, I asked her if she was ignoring me and she replied 'yes because of the way I spoke to her ' and she shut the window. First time I have been to burger king for years. I will not be returning.
Clean well presented burger king, friendly staff. I've been before and there is a good atmosphere but late on at night you may be the only ones dining as many choose to use the drivethru. Provided a nice meal during a journey thank you
Service was ok, plant based burger tasted flame grilled and was acceptable not fantastic-well done. Chilli bites were nice. No hot drinks working today, appears they never heard of a kettle? Once I'd figured out the cold drinks machine that was fine. Seemed under staffed. Very dirty looking floor and surfaces. Rubbish left all over tables, uncleared in the 45 minutes I was there. Toilets dirty and taps not working. Not a pleasant experience at all, shame could be so much better, especially as Burger King is not cheap, so I expect perfection. Sorry.
