Quick service, chips nicely salted and burger was juicy but not too greasy. Good service. Would recomend for a quick meal.
I am disappointed with my experience at Burger King, St Stephen’s Shopping Centre. I attempted to use the 20% student discount, which is widely advertised, but was refused. Staff informed me that discounts are not applicable in this store, yet there was no clear signage or communication about this policy, and on Unidays it said otherwise. I am not surprised that this branch has nothing but appalling reviews, and my experience only confirms why. Management should take responsibility and address both the lack of transparency and the consistently poor customer service reported here.
Food was adequate but not the best. The staff mainly let this establishment down. Really rude to customers. One man was nearly shouting in a couples face because they struggled to understand what he was saying. Wouldn't eat at this establishment again.
Absolutely shocking customer service , I am disgusted and lost for words at this madness and how this is so unaccetable!! I tried to order a meal as there was a long que that put me under pressure ,I thought , I ordered a saver meal with a drink but apparently it never came with a drink(must have been a mistake on my part) .Tried to ask and explain to them what happened, and if they could add a drink to my order and they completely refused .I felt pressured to rush my order due to the long que's and the reason for the long que was the 'out of order' ordering/kiosk machine .They had no decency to understand my point and actually took it further by making me look like a fool and argued with me infront of everyone in the store. Absolutely shocking service no wonder they desperate for 5 star reviews. ALSO THEY BRIBEING PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM 5 STAR REVIEWS FOR A FREE SLUSH INSTORE,THIS IS UTTER MADESS AS THEY ARE MANIPULATING THEIR REVIEWS BEWARE!!!
Edit: the new limited spicey mayo chicken burger is a must try. This place is kind and welcoming to all customers. which we have the option of table service for no extra charge. I usually go for the special meal deals, which when we use the app we can get amazing offers! The self service kiosks also give information on some meal deals such as the chicken burger. The hygiene/cleanliness is good often the team has the tables ready immediately for the next customer.
So the staff were amazing but the equipment they use is terrible no ice cocke machine broken and the food hot hold does not work so if your food is in there it will be cold
As seen in a few other comments, when I visited the service was deathly slow. Quite the opposite of fast food really - if I had sat there much longer I would've started to grow roots. I would estimate we queue for 15 minutes to order. I would happily have not bothered, but my wife needs a 'treat' like this whenever she goes out. Not really quite sure how a burger you've just waited 10 for minute to be 'grilled' can be cold after the 15 second walk to the table but in true burger king fashion, the burger was stone cold. Again. Tables were filthy and it's noisy and cold - reminiscent of a train station or something.
Disgusting, dirty store. Extremely slow service!! Had 4-5 people in front of me and took 40 mins from stood behind them to me sitting down with kids and eating. tiny portions which are cold gave it 2 chances, never again. Always so cold too. Staff miserable… can’t blame it all on them but tables always have food all over and others left overs doesn’t hurt to clean up Abit
The food is fine. But the service, even when it's quiet and with plenty of staff on, is painfully slow. And it's usually a mess.
The restaurant/ dinning area was filthy with litter scattered across the floor and dirty tables. There were signs all over about broken things like card readers, coffee machines, toilets.
