Staff rude and awkward, looked at the floor while talking and service. Manager was spiteful and rude towards the table. However food was good, shame service let the place down.
Went there as a group of 10. Was told “next door is empty”. Food was great but the staff attitude dampened the experience. We were just asking if it would possible to sit together, if not we were happy to sit separately. All we wanted to do was to eat. But as an asian, being told to eat somewhere else (asian restaurant next door) was way out of line.
I visited this location at around 5 pm on Thursday, August 7th, to celebrate my son’s birthday with my family (two adults and two children). On arrival, we mistakenly walked straight to a table without noticing the sign at the entrance asking customers to wait to be seated. A member of staff politely explained this to my husband, and we apologised. However, what followed left us very disappointed. The same staff member was unprofessional, gossiping about the incident to colleagues and rolling her eyes at my husband on more than one occasion — including when he went to order food and was complimenting one of their drinks. This behaviour was rude and unnecessary, and it made our family feel uncomfortable for the rest of the visit. We have been to several Nando’s locations over the years and usually enjoy the food and atmosphere, but unfortunately this was the worst customer service we have experienced. We left feeling unwelcome and will think twice before returning to this branch.
They offered all I wanted. Their food is highly delicious and great quality. It is a very good place to eat and dine with friends, colleagues and family. My family enjoys visiting there over and over again. I love ❤️ the atmosphere and environment with cool music; everywhere was clean and tidied. Staff were friendly, polite, welcoming and professional. I enjoy their meals and I would recommend them for friends and family.
Everything about this nandos was great. We had just finished climbing at Rock up and my daughter was in her words "STARVING" We asked if they had a table for us and they did and the guy who took us to our table was easy going and friendly. We ordered and enjoyed our meals and came out quite full. Overall experience for our daddy daughter day was great and this food topped it off. Thank you Nandos Hull - St Stephens and the staff.
Really poor. Chicken was burnt on the outside and dry in the middle. I know chicken around the bone can sometimes come out abit pink but I find it so weird it could be so pink and dry at the same time. My partners was the same but she was to shy to say it wasn’t very nice. I did get a refund for 1 meal but then meant having to get food on the way home. Really disappointing especially as we travelled an hour
First visit and was spot on, very nice, staff great, food great, service excellent.
Went here today with my nephew who has severe allergies to egg and milk (so I was very nervous taking him there) and I must say from the moment we walked in ,to us sitting down the staff were brilliant the manager took care of our order and made sure there was no cross contamination we couldn't of asked for more ,so a massive thank you to all staff and for make our meal enjoyable and stress free wish more eating places were like this xxx
Very poor experience. First of all pita not available. We have ordered spiced chickpea in pita all the time. But the chef refused. Once we had placed the order and half the order was delivered we were told that they ran out of spiced chickpea burger.Everything tasted bland and no taste. Will not visit again.
First time in since reopening! And not disappointed great service usual standard of food no complaints! One issue slight had a gift card which were told we could use then told we couldn't use??? Not the end of the world but....
