   Came in to replace batteries in several mid-range Swiss watches and was quoted £40 each, except for one at £12.50 (not sure why), with the justification of “complexity and skill required.” On top of that, they wouldn’t complete the work until Monday. Went to a specialist watch repair shop instead—got all of them done for £20 in less than 10 minutes. I wanted to support this local business, but the clear attempt to rip me off left a bad taste. Won’t be returning.

   Just picked up my charm bracelet which needed all charms put back on professionally and wow again a amazing job done. also it has been cleaned for me .Farnham jewellers are the only jewellers I would ever use the craftsmanship is outstanding and you can trust them 100% with your treasured items and the customer service is second to none so friendly and helpful .

   I took my silver native american bracelet in to be repaired as unfortunately it had managed to crack on both sides and was about to fall apart. When I picked it up after the repair I was amazed, you would not have know it had been so badly broken the workmanship on the repair was outstanding I will most definitely be using this jewellers again not only is the repair work outstanding the cost of repair was very good to, also the staff are very friendly and helpful an excellent service all-round.

   Staff members are very pleasant, helpful and attentive, the store is immaculate. They did not get my order right the first try, but when I went back and explained the issue, they corrected the mistake immediately. It's always nice to chose local businesses.

   Went here to have my wedding ring cleaned and polished. The lady who assisted me was lovely and the gentleman who took care of my ring did an absolutely amazing job! It looked like it did when I first saw it. He even informed me that the gem was chipped in an unnoticeable place. I have had my ring for six years and hadn’t had it professionally cleaned and will be definitely returning to them when it needs another. I can’t stop staring at it. :-D
