You rarely find a place with as many negative reviews and comment on poor customer service as you do for this gallery. All I can say is that they are entirely justified and my dealings with this gallery are the most unpleasant and unhelpful that I have ever had with any seller I have dealt with. I would strongly suggest that you avoid this place at all costs. I bought an expensive piece of jewellery here which was subsequently stolen. I cannot commission a replacement as the designer has sadly passed away. My only option for replacement is therefore to try to get a copy made. In an extremely vindictive fashion, Jeremy has refused to provide me with a photo of the jewellery to enable me to do so, despite numerous requests and the fact that it should actually be my copyright. All he has done is suggest that I buy another piece from him at three times the price of my original purchase (which literally means tens of thousands of pounds more - so not a real world option). I am stunned by his actions in the context of what is supposed to be customer service, and after I actually bought a very expensive piece from him. He has thrown that trust and investment bank in my face in a way I have never experienced. Do not make the same mistake as I did, and go shopping somewhere else instead.
Very disappointed - having been shopping here for many years, recently bought some jewellery which broke shortly after. Returned to the shop but they have not resolved the problem. Will not support them any longer
Visited this gallery today, what a fabulous display of objects. Pottery, glass artwork and more, all produced by very talented individuals. Certainly a display of fine pieces large and not so large all beautiful. The owner of the gallery Jeremy is an absolute mind of information, the love and appreciation he has of the objects he displays is amazing. When in Cambridge a must.
More of an oriental-style emporium than a gallery. It's packed to the ceilings with objets d'art, ceramics, paintings and all sorts of odds and ends. Whoever buys the pieces should be congratulated as it's generally very good. This would be the place to come if you want to buy something (expensive) for someone who has everything. Beautiful but overwhelming.
I have visited Primavera regularly over the last 9 yrs as a customer and one of their artists. There are so many beautiful works of art I always see something new. You are encouraged to browse all rooms over three floors in your own time. It's a calm space full of excellent work.

Great selection of art and jewellery, some lovely pieces. However, dealing with Jeremy (the owner?) was awful and made for a horrible experience. For this reason we will not purchase again.
We were delighted to spend a few hours at this extraordinary shop. It has a splendid selection of art pieces in every price range. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I strolled through all the rooms several times and wondered how I could take home all the pieces I wanted to purchase. In all my decades of travels and visiting shops representing artists and artisans, I do not recall coming across one where both the atmosphere and the selections were as appealing as here. Inga, a potter herself, will explain all the artists in great detail. It was a pure joy to be there and of all the great things to do in Cambridge, I am putting this shop first. The best jewelry I have seen anywhere, most beautiful ceramics, furniture, paintings, and more.
