   All I can say is that it's changed for the worse over the past few months. Use to enjoy going in to the shop, but it's become a bit of a dump . Think it's had it's day

   Lovely shop ! Well stocked the Staff are friendly, informative , genuinely happy manageress is Gemma your staff are great and a credit to you ,they were helpful ,l enjoyed chatting to a few of them last Friday l can’t remember their names but 21/8/2020 actually the best shop experience l had this year - Jason served me thank you .

   STORE MANAGER NEEDS REMOVING FROM YOUR EMPLOYMENT. What a rude vile horrible woman that represents your company. Staff and customers complaining for years about her and yet you do nothing.

   The woman who runs this shop is incredibly rude. The way she talks to customers is disgusting and the way she treats her staff in front of customers is utterly disgraceful. For somebody who works in a charity shop to have such a nasty and entitled attitude is beyond belief.
