So disappointed in this store. It was very dark, dirty, shelves were a state & stock on shelfs in boxes, couldnt find any of the things i wanted, but luckily enough they had some smaller bits i could buy. Barely any staff about. I know its a distance but honestly the Uxbridge Toytown is phenomenal.
Today went in and couldn't see Playmobil and asked where it was,the lady took us to the trolley in the back and let us look.The lady was fantastic and the staff are so lovely every time I visit. Thank you so much for great service.
Fully stocked and loaded with everything imaginable
Great shop - but ruined by really crabby , confrontational rude lady working on the till last night . Seemed to have it in for teenagers - referred to my 10 year old daughter as a teenager and demanded I buy a hairbrush that she claimed my teenage daughter had used …. If you don’t want children to pick things up and touch them maybe wrap the product - kids are kids - made my daughter anxious and was very rude , I won’t spend money in there again . She was clearly not the owner if she was they would soon be out of business.
Nice toy shop inside Cascades. They have some decent stock, although some of it doesn't always get updated.
