Unfortunately their labelling practices are terrible. Often you see half price or other special offer labels , you buy the items and when you get home realise the price was double/ higher than you expected or you were charged the original full price. Photo shows one label where I actually was charged 3for £10 ( or £4 each) despite the label. If questioned, they'll say that product was not part of the promotion/ special offer.

The store is very large and has a good collection of items. Had good offers and some of them were really good offers as all other Icelands. The only negative would be that though the store was busy there was only one till open and so had to be in the queue for a long time. But the staff there was polite.

Good prices and good selection for the most part. Their customer service and complaints are the worst you'll see in any company. They don't reply in the deadlines and palm you off. They told me when I smashed my head on something in the shop that this was a 'unfortunate incident' and that this object needed to be there with no choice. Next time I go in it's been removed, so it obviously didn't need to be their and they obviously deemed this a hazard.

Always a bonus to get lots of variation and plenty of it. Staff are mostly good too, always one rude person to let the side down however. No toilets in store or nearby for a desperate child and leaving the car park takes forever but the store itself is handy.

Aisles are wide enough, wasn't busy at all (went at about 2pm) the car park was quite busy but that's normal. Good deals and prices and very friendly staff.
