I had stopped going to the waterlooville store a few years ago due to the staff and lack of customer care. However, the last few months have been hugely different. Staff are attentive and friendly, especially Bethlyn the manager. The store looks more inviting now too. The only downside is the lighting in the shop.

Normally 5 star but issue's with not enough staff.
Monthly prescription not there. Left them to chase it up. Went back a week later and it hadn’t even been made up.Besuited bespectacled person scurrying around like a disorganised headless chicken rifling through punnets trying to find things thus wasting time that could be used more efficiently serving customers.
I hunted 3 chemists before Boots in Waterlooville could supply the prescribed medicine for my poorly 6 year old granddaughter and was happy and relieved to receive such excellent service.
Diane consulted with the manager regarding a missing part of the product which I had purchased at a different location of Boots. Diane considerately and efficiently rectified the matter within a short period of time. Her courteous and professional manner should be recognised as a positive recommendation for the store. Very helpful, the staff were wonderful and so polite. They've always had basically everything I've needed and rarely disappoint. I was scared of going in due to anxiety, but the staff were so welcoming and helped me with the problems that I was having. It's a bit cramped, but otherwise great.
Quite busy and only 1 lovely female assistant serving in the shop and 1 male in the pharmacy. Both were trying hard to accomodate customers and although my request needed a bit of time, both staff members were extremely helpful. I just wish that some customers would be more patient and kind when they have to wait a lttle longer to be served. Thank you Boots staff.
