   Really good experience when visiting my local One Stop earlier today (Gosport Road, Fareham). Everything I needed for a top-up shop, competitive pricing and choice of products. Most importantly, customer service was exceptional. I was greeted with a "good morning" as I entered and guidance that one aisle was a bit blocked off. When serving me, the assistant was very attentive and helped me pack my shopping, checking where I wanted my eggs placed. She must have realised that I looked a little vulnerable, as I have bruising on my face from a recent collapse. I much appreciated the extra support and kindness, thank you very much. One Stop is a real asset to the community and, in particular, this assistant due to her brilliant people skills. I would highly recommend this store.

   I’ve just visited to return a parcel and having printed the label and then approached the counter been told that they cannot accept returns - the staff were not helpful just saying that they were full and it was the law that they couldn’t take any more!! Surely a sign on the door giving fair warning would have been helpful or even just some empathy or an idea of anywhere else that could help! Maybe some proactively or customer service training is in order!!

   Exactly what you would expect from a convenience store, the aisles are a bit narrow and floor space is tight but apart from that...it's a generic One Stop.

   Worst shop. Customer service is okay but you can never get the items you need, always empty shelves for essential items. Overcrowded messy shop. Awful corner shop to have near home.

   I quite enjoy a bottle of red wine with my curry on a Saturday night, so before picking up the curry I would normally pop into One Stop in Gosport Road to buy a bottle with some crisps and chocolate for later. During this regular occurance my daughter usually accompanies me. Tonight however I was denied this regular purchase by Sean. He would not allow me to buy the wine because my daughter didn't have any ID showing she was over 18. I explained that she doesn't have ID because she is not over 18, and the wine was for myself and my wife to enjoy with our curry. Sean however wouldn't budge. 'Apparently its company policy'. So in future am I supposed to leave my daughter (who is not 18) out on the streets in the dark in an area that hasn't the best of reputations? Surely common sence should prevail.
