Normally a friendly experience from the staff but on some occasions, I am served by a miserable old troll who is rude and has zero manners; A "thank you", "please" or "hello" with a smile would be nice.
Same as all the other stores staff are friendly and helpful
Seemed quite well stocked, and they sell the smaller traveling sized items like sun creams and shaving foam etc.
I needed a few things in different areas of the store. These items were found easily which I appreciate. Items are kept to set places so it is easy to quickly whiz round, shop and come out again. Fair prices. Young, polite staff.
The shop itself is well stocked, presented well and everything fairly easy to find. I found the staff who takes your cash quite friendly, however customer service leaves alot to be desired. Their website seems easy to navigate around.
Customer service is appalling. My mum went shopping with a list of Christmas presents for the grandchildren, was struggling to find everything so asked the lady for some help....the unhelpful assistant pointed to the other end of the shop and told her to go look over there and walked away! Absolutely gobsmacked with the dismissal of a customer genuinely asking for help!
