   I first contacted Rob to enquire if I could actually get a mortgage, I was so nervous as I thought my credit score was not good enough amongst other worries, however I have today managed to complete the purchase of a property and collect the keys to my new future home. Rob put me in contact with some amazing professionals including the solicitors that he recommended (Gent Law) and also Adele who is also an amazing mortgage broker. I have felt supported the whole way through the last few months, the whole process has been really simple and Rob has been checking in every so often so I haven't just been left to it. I just whole heartedly would like to say Thank you to Rob for helping me in securing a mortgage, putting me in touch with the right people and also a beautiful home for my children. I will definitely be using him in the future for any future property purchases and 100 percent will be recommending him to family and friends, once again.    I found Rob at Independent UK Mortgages from a search on Google for a local broker, and from reading the positive reviews decided to give him a try. All I can say is I’m so glad I did. My case is very complex on a number of fronts and Rob has worked through each point with me to help me try and buy my first house. I’m now have an excellent decision in principle in place and have had an offer accepted to buy my first home. Rob is also co-ordinating the solicitors for me, as well as providing a range of quotes for important insurance products, such as life insurance and critical illness cover. The icing on the cake for me is that Rob pro-actively calls me to give me very regular updates, which has allowed me to continue with my work and personal life without chasing or stressing. For me this regular contact has been worth its weight in gold. Thank you very much for all your hard work.
